About the project:
Photoshop guru, Russell Brown shared his likeness via social media and challenged the design community to give him a costume. This assignment is the perfect opportunity to apply the tools and features you have been exploring, especially selection and the portrait retouch tools. His provided image is forward facing, so it's best if your costume image is as well. This will save you time and frustration. The image you choose for a costume should also fill at least 85% of the canvas size. This will make it easier for me to see your edits and it makes more of an impact. The head/hairline can be challenging so hats or head coverings are helpful, but avoid helmets.

- Manipulate the canvas size
